1. Renovation plan
(1) Renovation using common carbon steel ball valves
The Japanese carbon steel ball valve was used to replace and reform the a valve, and the quality was relatively stable. However, due to high-speed erosion of the sand particles, the internal wear of the ball valve was very serious, as shown in Fig. 2.
(2) Renovation with Ceramic Ball Valves
At the same time, KOWOV full-lined hard-sealing ceramic ball valve was used to replace the b valve. Due to its high corrosion resistance and high wear resistance, it was only slightly worn after the transformation was completed for more than one year, as shown in Figure 3.

3, the conclusion
