Micro pump selection guide

There are many micro-pumps on the market | micro-liquid pumps | small pumps | pumps | self-priming pumps, etc., look dazzling, how to choose the right model, the main parameters are: "flow", "pressure"
What criteria should be used to select the type? You can choose according to the following principles.
First, the normal temperature working medium (0-50 °C), purely pumping or solution, no water and gas dual-use, but requires self-absorption capacity, and flow and output pressure requirements.
Note: The pumping working medium is water, non-oily, non-strongly corrosive liquids (cannot contain solid particles, etc.), must have self-priming function, you can choose the following pumps:
1, the flow rate is relatively large (about 4 to 20 liters / minute), the pressure requirements are not high (about 1 ~ 3 kg), mainly used for water circulation, water sampling, lifting, etc., requiring low noise, long life, high self-absorption Cheng, etc., optional BSP, CSP series;
2, the flow rate is not high (about 1 to 5 liters / min), but the pressure is greater (about 2 ~ 11 kg), mainly used for spray, booster, car wash, etc. does not require long time work under high pressure or large load , you can choose ASP, HSP and other series;
3, for the tea table pumping, spraying, etc., require the volume as small as possible, flow requirements, low noise (about 0.1 to 3 liters / minute), optional ASP series.
Second, the normal temperature working medium (0-50 °C), the need for pumping or gas (water vapor may be mixed or idle, dry transfer occasions), value the volume, noise, continuous use and other properties.
Description: It requires water and gas dual-use, can dry for a long time, does not damage the pump; 24-hour continuous operation; the volume is particularly small, low noise, but the flow and pressure requirements are not high.
1. Use a micropump to pump or vacuum, but sometimes liquid water enters the pump chamber.
2. It is required that the micropump can pump both air and water.
3, pumping with a micro pump, but sometimes there may be no pump pumping water, in the "dry" state.
Some traditional pumps are afraid of "dry" and "dry" can even damage the pump. The PHW and WKA series products are essentially a compound function pump. It integrates the functions of a vacuum pump and a water pump. Some people call it a "vacuum pump." Therefore, in the absence of water, it will vacuum, and when there is water, it will pump water. Whether it is the pumping state or the pumping state, it belongs to the normal working category, and there is no harm to the “dry transfer”.
4, mainly pumped by micro-pumps, but do not want to rely on artificial "water diversion" before pumping (some pumps need to manually add some "diversion" before work, so that the pump can pump up the low water, otherwise the pump can not pump or even Damaged), that is, the pump is expected to have "self-priming" function. At this time, PHW and WKA series products can be selected. Their strength lies in the fact that when they are not in contact with water, they draw a vacuum, form a vacuum, press the water up with pressure, and then start pumping water.
For the above applications, PHW and WKA series can be selected.
Third, high-temperature working medium (0-100 °C), such as the use of micro-pumps for water circulation cooling, water cooling, or pumping high temperature, high temperature steam, high temperature liquid, etc., must use micro-pumps (high temperature type) Caixing:
1.The temperature is between 50-80°C. It can use mini-water dual-purpose pump WKA series high temperature medium type, the highest temperature temperature is 80°C or 100°C;
2. If the temperature is between 50-100 °C, it must use WKA series high temperature medium type, the maximum temperature temperature is 100 °C; (When high temperature water is extracted (water temperature exceeds about 80 °C), due to gas precipitation in the water, This will drastically reduce the flow of pumping water, and specifically reduce the amount of flow, see here: (This does not belong to the quality of the pump, please pay attention when selecting!))
Fourth, there is a greater demand for flow (over 20 liters / minute), but the medium contains a small amount of oil, solid particles, residues and so on.
Explanation: In the medium to be pumped,
1. Contains a small number of soft solid particles with small diameter (such as fish droppings, sewage sludge, residues, etc.), but the viscosity should not be too large, and it is better not to have hair-like windings;
2. Allow the working medium to contain a small amount of oil (for example, a small amount of oil floating on the surface of the water), but not all of it!
3, large flow requirements (more than 20 liters / minute):
(1) When the self-absorption function is not required, and the pump cannot be placed in water, solid particles can be cut into smaller particles: FSP series can be selected.
(2) When self-priming is required, and the pump can be placed in water, the mini submersible pump QZ (medium flow 35-45 liters/minute), QD (large flow 85-95 liters/minute), QC (super flow 135-) can be used. 145 L/min) Three series of miniature submersible pumps, DC submersible pumps.
