Rambus singled out the semiconductor industry

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) formally filed the case today and began investigating Rambus’s patent infringement lawsuit against more than 30 semiconductor chip makers. This is also the most intensive of the Rambus artillery. Rambus filed a large-scale lawsuit a month ago at USITC and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The muzzle is aimed at many semiconductor giants such as Broadcom, Freescale, LSI, MediaTek, NVIDIA, and STMicroelectronics. The reason is still their own. A large number of patented technologies have been violated.

According to the communiqué, after voting, the USITC decided to initiate a famous "Section 337" investigation under section 337 of the United States Customs Act 1930 to decide whether to issue an order of exclusion and stop order against the defendant at the request of Rambus.

Companies surveyed include: Freescale Semiconductor, U.S. Broadcom, U.S. LSI, U.S. MediaTek, U.S. NVIDIA, U.S. S.F., U.S. STMicroelectronics, Asus Taiwan, U.S. Asus, U.K. Audio Partnership PLC, U.S. Biostar, and Taiwan Biostar , US Cisco, Taiwan's elite, the United States EVGA, Hong Kong Ying Chi, the United States Garmin International, the United States G.
