Jilin Province Construction Project Tendering Co., Ltd. was entrusted by Songda Hadshan Water Conservancy and Songyuan Irrigation District Development Co., Ltd. to openly invite bids for the following sections of the Hadashan Water Conservancy Project (Phase I), and invite bidders who meet the conditions to bid. .
1 Project Overview:
The Songda Hadashan Water Conservancy Project is located on the second Songhua River in Songyuan City, Jilin Province, in the southeast of the Songnen Plain in the Songliao Plain. It is the second-class power station of the second Songhua River. The power station is about 20km away from the nearest central city of Matsubara. The power station is a riverbed plant with a total installed capacity of 34.5 MW. It is equipped with 5 bulb tubular turbine generator sets with a stand-alone capacity of 6.9 MW.
There are Changchun-Baicheng Railway and 302 National Road passing through the left bank of the dam site. The distance from National Highway 302 to the dam site is 2.2km. The nearest railway freight station to the power station is Songyuan Station, about 21km away from the power station. The power station is convenient for external transportation, and the equipment production site can be transported to the power station site by rail, road or land and water. The arrival of the railway transportation is Songyuan City, Jilin Province; road transportation can be directly transported to the construction site.
2 Sources of funds: higher-level grants and local self-raised funds.

Qualification requirements:
1. The bidder shall be an independent enterprise legal person registered in China, and have good bank credit and business reputation, good financial position, and sufficient liquidity to undertake the supply of lighting fixtures of this project;
2. The domestic lighting fixture manufacturing enterprise must have the production license of the bidding project issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine;
3. A manufacturer can only entrust one agent to participate in the bidding for the same model of the same brand of goods. When bidders are responsible for the supply of foreign lighting fixtures, they must have the agency authorization certificate (original) of the corresponding lighting fixture manufacturer and the sales and use license documentation for the lighting fixtures.
4. The performance of design, manufacture, supply, installation, commissioning and trial operation of the same or similar projects as the bidding lighting project, and the performance and relevant supporting documents of the successful operation of the lighting fixture project for more than 5 years;
5. The lighting fixture project manufacturing enterprise has passed ISO9000 series standard certification and has a complete quality management system.

The bidding documents will be distributed from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and from 13:00 to 16:30 pm from September 14, 2009 to September 18, 2009 (excluding holidays). A copy of the business license (with a copy of the official seal of the unit), a power of attorney (original) and an ID card of the authorized person and a copy of the material that meets the above qualification requirements (with official seal).
