The installation and construction unit should carry out commissioning according to the technical specifications, make a record, and calculate the commissioning cost according to the quota. In the stage of bidding project preparation and bidding, since electrical equipment (such as distribution box) has not been ordered, it is impossible to predict in advance whether it should be commissioned by the installation and construction unit. Under this circumstance, the units involved in the bidding will cause confusion on the calculation of the bidding price and bid price of the electrical engineering if they agree on a different method. Therefore, for the bidding project, we believe that if the "distribution box (board) is equipped with debuggable components, the commissioning fee for the transmission and distribution system should be temporarily calculated in the budget book, and clearly stated in the budget preparation statement or contract. It is better to deal with this problem when the project is settled and then adjust it according to the actual adjustment. Electrical commissioning is a difficult technical task and requires high professional quality. The cost of each electrical professional should be taken seriously and efforts should be made to master the technology.

2. A unit project must at least calculate the commissioning fee for the power transmission and distribution system of a low-voltage power supply system, that is, the commissioning fee for the AC power supply (comprehensive) system below 1KV (sub-item C2-995). For example, in a building's lighting electrical engineering, each distribution box has no debuggable components, and the building can also calculate a 1KV AC power supply (integrated) system commissioning fee.

Second, the power supply and distribution system system electrical debugging content

The electrical commissioning of the power distribution and distribution system includes the primary circuit of the circuit breaker, the isolating switch, the current transformer, the reactor, and the secondary circuit of the relay protection and measuring instrument. This commissioning project only considers general relay protection devices (such as current protection for protection against overload and current protection for protection against short circuits), and does not include special protection and test adjustments for automatic device inputs.

Third, the transmission and distribution debugging instructions

2. The commissioning of the power supply system includes the cable test in the system, the withstand voltage of the insulator, the test of the line insulation and all the circuit breakers, relay protection and test of the measuring instrument in one or two lines.

3. General instruments (such as voltmeters, ammeters) and protection transformers are included in the corresponding power transmission and distribution equipment system commissioning; metering instruments and transformers are verified by the power supply department, and the cost is calculated accordingly. 6. The power supply commissioning of general residential, school, office buildings, hotels, shops and other civil electrical projects is as follows:

(1) The discs, boxes, cabinets and lighting main distribution boxes with debugging components in the distribution room shall perform the corresponding sub-assembly of “Distribution Equipment System Commissioning” according to the power supply mode.

(3) The adjustment and verification of the civil energy meter belongs to the professional management of the power supply department. Generally, the user orders the commissioned electricity meter from the power supply bureau, and the commissioning fee cannot be calculated separately.

Fourth, how to debug the transmission and distribution equipment system

1. How many sets of high-voltage power distribution cabinets are used to calculate several commissions. The quota set is professionally calculated.

2. The low-voltage power distribution cabinet is not counted but has several calculations. It is included in the quota below 1kV in the commissioning of power transmission and distribution equipment. The quota includes all low-voltage power supply circuits, such as power supply from low-voltage power distribution equipment to distribution power box. The circuit; the power supply loop from the distribution box to the motor is included in the system commissioning quota of the motor.

The commissioning of the power distribution equipment system includes a full set of debugging work such as cable test in the system and pressure resistance of the porcelain bottle.
