The 10kV interval utilization rate is high, and the substation load rate is low. There are even 10kV interval resources, and some substations cannot be out.

3, the main measures:

The problem of low load-to-load ratio will be gradually solved by adding substation sites and rationally optimizing the power supply range of the substation.

Substation heavy-duty and redundant coexistence problems will be solved by optimizing the substation power supply range; the substation redundancy problem will be gradually solved with the increase of regional load or load redistribution.

Through the addition of new distribution points and transformation and capacity expansion, the problem of load transfer and the low capacity of households in rural areas are solved.

Renovation of the 110kV substation will increase the screen position, and the construction of the opening and closing station will be part of the smaller capacity of the cabinet and the double-cable cable will be connected to the station to open and close the centralized load.

Power grid structure

Medium voltage distribution network indicators: contact rate, inter-station contact rate, line N-1 pass rate, power supply radius, average segment number of 10kV lines

High-voltage distribution network: single-radiation structure and single-line single-variation ratio are high, which can not meet N-1 requirements, low power supply reliability, and weak load transfer capability. In some remote areas, the 35kV grid has a long power supply distance and multiple-stage serial supply. It does not meet the requirements of the line N-1 configuration. When one line fails, the other line cannot be transferred, resulting in power failure at the end of multiple substations. And load transfer capacity is limited.

Medium voltage distribution network: the power supply range overlaps and the power supply problem is outstanding; the power grid structure is not clear, the single radiation line accounts for a large proportion; the contact point setting is unreasonable, there are more invalid contacts; the transfer capacity is not strong; the number of segments is less, The power supply flexibility is poor, and the power outage has a large range. In some areas, the power supply radius of the 10kV line exceeds the requirements of the guidelines, and some also have bypass power supply, and the user's voltage quality is poor.

3. Main measures

Through the new substation layout, optimize the 110kV, 35kV network structure, and gradually improve the construction of the radiation-to-chain, single-ring to double-ring power grid structure.

In combination with the actual operation of the equipment, the old equipment will be gradually solved by means of modification and replacement. According to safe operation and municipal needs, the insulation rate and cable rate are gradually improved. For the existing Taichung area, the low-voltage station area will be sorted and rectified by the natural village as a unit, and the line with long load and large line will be cut, and the high-loss and unreformed area will be cleaned by village, and the comprehensive line loss will be reduced year by year.
