Beijing City Miyun New City Surface Water Works Project Cost Consulting Project Tender Notice

Beijing Water Supply Group Co., Ltd., as the bidder for the consulting project of the entire process of the surface water plant project in Beijing Miyun New City, was entrusted by Beijing Water Supply Group Co., Ltd. to openly invite tenders for the following projects. Qualified bidders are now invited to bid.

1. Project Overview

(2) Project Name: Project Cost Consultation Project for Surface Water Plant of Miyun New City, Beijing

(3) Project Location: Qianliyuan Village, Mujiabu Town, Miyun District, Beijing

(4) Project Scale: The design scale of Miyun Surface Water Plant is 50,000 cubic meters/day. The main construction contents include water distribution wells, sedimentation tanks, ultrafiltration membrane workshops, clear water tanks, dosing rooms, distribution pump rooms, sludge concentration and Dewatering plant, boiler room and office building, off-site power engineering, and about 1.8 kilometers of water pipelines and 16 kilometers of water distribution pipelines.

(6) Source of Funds: Municipal Government Investment in Fixed Assets

(7) Scope of Bidding: Consultation on the entire process of the surface water plant project in Miyun New City, Beijing.

(8) Considering the large amount of investment in this project, the tight construction period, and the unforeseeable factors in the process, it is a normative management, so consider entrusting a third-party consulting agency to consult the entire process.

2. Bidder qualifications and conditions

(1) Qualification requirements: The supplier has a Class A qualification certificate issued by the construction administrative department.

(2) Performance requirements: The service team is required to have 5 years of experience in construction project consulting and be familiar with, understand, and participate in the entire process of cost consulting projects.

(3) Credit requirements: Comply with national laws and regulations, have a good business reputation, and in the last three years, there are no records of violations and violations in the business activities, and provide a commitment letter (in the form of a self-designed version);

(4) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law;

(5) The bidder has not been included in the list of parties involved in the dishonest trustee, the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of records of serious illegal and untrustworthy acts of government procurement.

(6) Personnel requirements:

1 The supplier can establish a relatively stable service team and technical support team for this project. Team members need to be familiar with, understand, and participate in the whole process of cost consulting project to ensure the time and quality of the project completion.

2 The supplier shall appoint the main person in charge of the service team. The person in charge must have the experience of cost consultation in the whole process of the project, more than 5 years of consulting work experience, and must be undertaken by the registered cost engineer.

(7) Other requirements:

1 Qualified as a VAT general taxpayer, special VAT invoices can be issued.

2 The supplier has a resident service agency in Beijing (registered office in Beijing or a branch or subsidiary in Beijing) and provides corresponding business certification.

3. The selling price of the bidding documents: RMB 500 per copy, which will not be refunded after sale.
