The LED lights in this tutorial use 27 light strings, each with 20 LED bulbs, and the colors are water blue and white. Each string runs with 2 AA batteries, so initially place the battery holder in your pocket and then tape the holder and the LED light on the aluminum reflective material evenly. If you want the jacket to look better, you must find a way to spread the light spot of the LED light, such as using a thin enough cotton pad to transfer most of the light to the outside. This thickness of cotton pad can also diffuse light at the same time. . Since the absorbent cotton is not easy to protect, it can be covered with a transparent plastic sheet to cover the entire jacket.

Step 1: Sewing
The reflective surface can be made of absorbent cotton because the rear LED light needs to be fixed to the surface of the cotton. Some parts of the absorbent cotton are not covered. In particular, the joint parts of the clothes are easily deformed and scratched, so these parts can be free of absorbent cotton. Most of the absorbent cotton can be sewn with a sewing machine, and a small box is used where a small part of the sewing machine does not reach it.
Step 2: Fix the LED lights
After wrapping the jacket with aluminum, you can start fixing the LED lights. Spread them evenly on the jacket and fix them with tape. The tape ensures ample flexibility between the aluminum product and the string, and most importantly, the tape is the most efficient method of bonding.
Step 3: Fix the absorbent cotton wool
The next step is to fix the cotton wool, because the absorbent cotton is very thin and light, so a little glue is needed to fix it. This is the easiest step in the entire production process. After about 30 minutes of sticking, you can start the next step.
Step 4: Skim cotton
Here, you can see the effect of covering the entire coat with cotton wool. The appearance is not perfect, but cotton wool is essential to help the LED lights diverge.
Step 5: Plastic sheet
The absorbent cotton is easily deformed and a plastic film is used to cover the entire jacket. Here, a very thin plastic film is used, which is then cut into different parts of the jacket. These parts are wrapped around the jacket and then welded together with a hot glue gun. Thin plastic sheets melt very quickly, and highly flammable spray adhesives are used for more important parts.
Step 6: Coloring
After the jacket is covered with plastic film, it looks like a sandwich. Here, a blue clear coating is selected and sprayed onto the surface of the plastic film to complete the work of packaging the optical components.
As you can see, the jacket looks good now, and the sleek look gives the glow a better result.
