Renishaw is proud to announce the launch of the REVO-2, a new upgraded product that is a revolutionary multi-sensor five-axis head for coordinate measuring machines (CMM). REVO-2 and its new CMM controller UCC S5 are based on the successful REVO multi-sensor system, with more powerful power and communication capabilities, and can use the latest REVO sensors such as RVP image probes. The head can also expand the range of motion on the negative A-axis, thereby increasing the touchability of the workpiece and reducing the complexity of the stylus setting.

EquatorTM Multi-Purpose Alignment and INTUOTM Software

Highly reproducible process control with the new INTUOTM comparison measurement software for EquatorTM – engineers can “get started” with minimal training.

Renishaw's flexible EquatorTM is now equipped with the newly developed INTUOTM comparison measurement software and the industry standard TP20 touch probe. INTUOTM makes the alignment measurement process for a wide range of workpieces simple and automated. The detector is highly reproducible and has a unique measuring mechanism based on a parallel mechanical positioning structure. It is known as “a new measurement method, and its parallel motion structure enables fast measurement”.

AM250 laser molten metal 3D printer

Renishaw's laser melting process is an emerging additive manufacturing technology suitable for the design and production of complex structural components. The technology directly produces full-height metal parts based on the interface data of the three-dimensional CAD layer, and melts into a 2D section with a metal layer thickness from 20 microns to 100 microns, thus forming a three-dimensional model suitable for aerospace and medical applications. XR20-W wireless rotary axis calibration device

The XR20-W uses wireless electric control, data acquisition and axis motion synchronization, which means no operator intervention during data acquisition. The device is used in conjunction with the Renishaw laser system to provide a highly uniform, non-contact reference measurement of the machine under test by remote control. Using the XR20-W rotary axis calibration device to detect the error of the rotary axis early, the machine can perform optimally.
