The exhibition brought together the latest domestic semiconductor technology, innovative design and application solutions. A total of 107 domestic and foreign integrated circuit companies participated in the exhibition, including well-known companies such as MIPS, VeriSilicon Microelectronics, Spreadtrum Communications, BYD [25.4541.39% shares] microelectronics, etc. There are also overseas manufacturers from Taiwan, South Korea and the United States.
Qiu Xuan, deputy director of the Municipal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Information Committee, said that in 2010 Shenzhen IC design industry output value has reached 10.6 billion yuan, an increase of 30.9% year-on-year, accounting for about one-third of the country's share; and two companies with sales exceeding 1 billion Yuan Renminbi entered the top ten IC design companies in China.
