Alto Electronics' wholly-owned subsidiary joint venture to form a PPP project company

Shenzhen City’s Alto Electronics Co., Ltd., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Qianbaihui Lighting Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Qianbaihui"), recently joined a consortium that participated in the urban lighting infrastructure project in Wuhai City as well as the lighting tourism PPP project (hereinafter referred to as "the Project"). After fierce competition, Qianbaihui successfully secured the bid.

In compliance with the relevant laws governing project investments and the terms of the PPP framework agreement, Qianbaihui, alongside Shanghai Yaming Lighting Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai Yaming") and Inner Mongolia Yellow River Pearl Culture Tourism Industry Investment Co., Ltd. ("Mingzhu Limited"), established a joint venture PPP project company named Inner Mongolia Zhongji Smart City Construction Co., Ltd. (referred to as "the Project Company").

Recently, the Project Company completed its registration process and obtained its business license. According to the official announcement, the registered capital of the Project Company stands at RMB 10 million. Among this, Mingzhu Limited contributed RMB 10,000 and holds a 20% stake, Qianbaihui invested RMB 10,000 and owns 40% equity, while Shanghai Yaming also invested RMB 10,000 and holds the remaining 40%.

Mingzhu Limited focuses on tourism industry investment, product research and development, and sales. Its primary business areas revolve around fostering cultural tourism growth within the region.

Shanghai Yaming specializes in technology development for lighting products, manufacturing energy-efficient lighting solutions, and provides comprehensive services including design, installation, and maintenance of lighting projects. Their expertise extends into software and system integration, technical consulting, and equipment rentals. Additionally, they engage in import-export activities, contract energy management, and corporate management services.

Qianbaihui boasts extensive experience in urban and road lighting engineering, with certifications in advanced lighting design and installation services. Their portfolio includes landscaping projects, contract energy management, electronic product research and development, and domestic trade in lighting equipment and related materials.

The Project Company’s business scope includes intelligent management and development of infrastructure, real estate, cultural tourism, and smart city initiatives. By leveraging the strengths of all partners, the Project Company aims to deliver innovative and sustainable urban lighting solutions tailored to meet the needs of Wuhai City.

This PPP project represents a significant milestone for all stakeholders involved. It not only strengthens Alto Electronics’ presence in the lighting and infrastructure sector but also opens new opportunities for collaboration and growth. If successfully executed, the project could yield substantial benefits for the company’s future operations and financial performance.
