Structure and Installation
1. Structure
The device consists of a combustion test chamber, a burner assembly, a sample holder, a pressure regulator, and a propane gas tank. All components are designed for safe and efficient operation during testing.
2. Installation
Follow the layout shown in Figure 1. Place the base inside the box and install the fixing sleeve, sample holder, and other necessary parts as illustrated. Position the burner in front of the specimen. Insert the burner rod from the outer casing into the burner base. Connect the propane meter to the liquefied gas tank, then use a plastic tube to connect the pressure regulator to the other end of the propane meter. Finally, connect the pneumatic tube from the pressure regulator to the burner.

Test Operation
1. Select the appropriate ignition positioner and place it on top of the burner.
2. Secure the sample in the sample holder and hang it properly.
3. When the burner is close to the sample, lock the ruler on the bottom plate to ensure alignment.
4. Place a sheet of filter paper in an aluminum foil collection tray and position it under the test specimen.
5. Raise the burner, open the pressure regulating valve, ignite the nozzle using an electronic igniter, adjust the flame length to approximately 20 mm, tilt the burner at 45 degrees, and ignite the sample at the required distance as per the standard procedure.

Precautions
1. Before igniting the burner, adjust the pneumatic regulating valve first, then gradually regulate the pressure control knob. After ignition, you can fine-tune the flame size using the pressure regulator or the pneumatic adjustment valve.
2. Ensure that the liquefied gas tank and the burner are kept at a safe distance before ignition to prevent accidents.
3. Make sure that the smoke generated during the test is vented outside through the exhaust hood to maintain a safe working environment.
