1. Ensure that the control cabinet, main unit, and brake connection cables are correctly connected and the voltage is within the proper range.

2. Verify that the safety circuit and door lock circuit are functioning properly, and both the limit switch and speed change switch are closed.

3. Confirm that the cable connecting the encoder to the PG card is securely and accurately installed.

4. After confirming that the brake is released, ensure that the elevator does not slip (you can lift the car or balance the load to check).

5. Adjust the inverter parameters as follows:
- A04 = 1 (default value; must match motherboard settings)
- B11 = 1 (the motor speed must be set to 1 when below 100)
- C02 = 0
- C13 = 1
- E01 = 1
- E02 = number of poles
- E03 = rated voltage
- E04 = rated speed
- E05 = rated current
- E09 = 0 (default is HEIDENHAIN 1387 for encoder type)
- E10 = 2048 (other parameters should remain at factory settings)

6. Set A03 = 4, then check the signal from the control cabinet. The control system should provide the inverter with a direction and enable signal.

If D1 and D2 lights on the inverter operator are on, monitor U14 parameter. It should increase; otherwise, swap the V and W phases of the inverter output.

If D1 and D3 lights are on, monitor U14 parameter again. It should decrease; otherwise, swap the V and W phases.

If there's no change in U14, check if the brake is fully open. If the brake is open but the voltage is insufficient, the brake may not hold properly.

7. Once the settings are complete, set A03 = 3. The encoder position after tuning will appear in U15. Repeat steps 6 through 4 times. If the parameter stays within -10 to +10, set A03 to 0.

8. Perform a test run to confirm that the main unit rotates smoothly. If everything works, the setup is complete.

Integrated Setting

1. Ensure the control cabinet, main unit, and brake connection cables are correctly connected and the voltage is correct.

2. Check that the safety circuit and door lock circuit are normal, and the limit switch and speed change switch are closed.

3. Make sure the encoder-to-PG card cable is securely and accurately connected.

4. Confirm that the brake is fully released and the elevator does not slip (you can lift the car or balance the load for testing).

5. Adjust the inverter parameters as follows:
- F205 = 0
- F216 = 1
- F218 = 1
- F219 = number of poles
- F220 = rated voltage
- F07/F221 = rated speed
- F222 = rated current
- F226 = 0 (default is HEIDENHAIN 1387 for encoder type)
- F227 = 2048 (keep other parameters at factory settings)

6. Access the motor self-learning menu on the operator and press once. The control panel will send a signal, and the system will automatically start the learning process.

7. After the setting is done, set F202 = 3. The encoder position after tuning will be displayed in F228. Repeat step 6 three to four times. If the parameter remains within -10 to +10, set F202 to 0.

8. Finally, perform a test run to confirm that the main unit operates normally. If all is good, the setup is complete.
