A week ago, my Redmi Note 4X blew up, so I decided to get a new one. When I opened the box, I was greeted with simple packaging—straightforward and easy to handle. The first thing that struck me was the color—it’s rose gold, not champagne gold. Initially, I had been leaning toward the blue option, but since the black version sold out in seconds online, I went with the pink. It seems like everyone else felt the same way.
Inside the box, everything was neatly packed. Everything felt just right in my hands—neither too thick nor too heavy. The build quality was impressive; all the seams and buttons felt solid and well-made. Both SIM card slots are nano-sized now, which is a nice upgrade from the previous model. The back panel design has a slight trim on the edges, adding a touch of elegance. However, the U-shaped curve at the top isn’t perfect—it feels a bit unfinished. Still, the overall craftsmanship is commendable, especially for a budget device.
One standout feature is the marquee LED flash. It’s精致 and beautiful, leaving a lasting impression. It’s hard to find fault with its performance, even compared to higher-end models. The charging adapter is another highlight—a proper flagship-level charger with 24W output. It’s clear that Xiaomi put effort into making this phone stand out.
The front camera is decent, though not as sharp as the iPhone 6’s. The placement is slightly off-center, which takes some getting used to. The black version looks better overall, avoiding the prominence of the plastic bezel that’s noticeable on the pink model. The bezel contrast on the screen is good, but the white panel remains a bit distracting.
When comparing the display to other phones, including an iPhone, I found the color calibration to be decent but not exceptional. The default color temperature leans towards green, which might require some adjustment depending on your preference. For reference, I used a Dell monitor as a benchmark. Overall, the screen quality is acceptable but could be better.
The Flyme OS was my first experience with it, and I’ll have more to say about it once I’ve spent more time using it. For now, I’m impressed by the dual cameras, the fast charging capabilities, and the fingerprint sensor. These features make the Charm Blue Note 6 a compelling choice.
In conclusion, while the phone is well-built and functional, the pink variant isn’t without its flaws. The plastic bezel around the screen is quite noticeable, making the black version a safer bet for those who prioritize aesthetics. If you’re considering buying one, I’d recommend going for the darker version—it’s more understated and looks better overall.
I’ll update this review as I continue to use the phone. Stay tuned for more insights!

AC (Alternating Current) Power cord is to transmit high voltage. It is used to drive machinery or home appliances. Since AC Power Cord is output of high voltage electric power, there is a risk of electric shock injury, therefore, All the AC power cord must comply with safety standard to produce. DC (direct Current) power cord is used to the applicance with lower voltage mostly, so safety requirement is less stringent.
