Basic composition of LED display

In order to enable the system to display a variety of information, the LED display system consists of a host computer, a communication transmission line, an LED main control circuit, and a display module board (as shown in Figure 1).

The specific functions of these four parts are described as follows:
â‘´ Host computer: It is generally a computer and is the source of information release. It is generally connected to a database, accesses the information in the database, and communicates with the main control circuit according to a certain transmission protocol and method.
⑵Communication transmission line: It can be used as a signal transmission method through RS232, RS422 and Ethernet. Optical fiber transmission can also be used, but the current high cost limits the widespread application of its technology.
⑶Display module board: terminal for information display, mainly composed of light-emitting display module, row-controlled gate circuit, and column-controlled serial-parallel shift circuit.
â‘·Main control circuit: the core of the whole system, it mainly completes the following functions:
â‘ Receive the display information of the host computer through the interface module in real time, and place it in the data storage unit saved with power off;
â‘¡ The CPU processor is responsible for fetching data from the data storage unit, performing certain geometric effects through image geometric operations, and then placing the displayed data in the display buffer for display.
â‘¢Through the scan control circuit, read data from the display buffer, convert it to the data required for the LED large screen and generate related timing control signals.

The Spraying Nozzle tips can be exchange to many different models because farmers may has spraying requests for the plants. Usual we use model of 11015 ,and 11010 optoinal , user can exhange it easily themselves.
