It is understood that Lin'an Xinsanlian Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd. is the supplier of Limei Lighting. As of the announcement date, Limei Lighting still owes 71.7 million yuan to Lin'an Xinsanlian Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd.
Limei Lighting received the subpoena on December 29, 2016. The supplier requested Limei Lighting to pay the loan amount of RMB 717,000 and bear the litigation costs in this case.
It is worth noting that, in the end, both parties voluntarily reached a mediation. Limei Lighting paid RMB 530,000 to Lin'an Xinsanlian Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd. and paid it before February 21, 2017.
According to the data, Limei Lighting is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of energy-saving lamps, LED lamps and other lighting sources and lighting fixtures. In the first four months of 2016, the company realized revenue of 22.439 million yuan and net profit of 414,000 yuan.
