In recent years, the market for LED displays has expanded significantly, reaching new heights in both size and scope. With more and more manufacturers entering the industry, it's not just the well-known brands that dominate the scene—there are also numerous small-scale producers. While the market is growing, so is the competition. This includes healthy technical advancements as well as unhealthy price wars. To survive in such a competitive environment, some new and smaller LED manufacturers choose to enter the market with low prices, which allows them to quickly capture a segment of customers. However, this strategy often comes at a cost. Due to limitations in technology and quality control, many of these products end up causing problems. Customers may find themselves spending more time and money on repairs than they ever anticipated, which ultimately makes the purchase less worthwhile. LED displays are not like mobile phones, which are typically replaced every year. A phone is a short-term tool, and even though some cheaper domestic models may not match the quality of high-end brands like Apple, their sales volumes can be much higher due to their affordability and frequent replacement cycle. In contrast, an LED display is a long-term investment. It can last anywhere from 5 to 10 years or even longer. Therefore, price should never be the main factor when choosing an LED display. What truly matters is the quality, durability, and long-term value that the product offers. Since LEDs and ICs are semiconductor devices, they perform best under stable environmental conditions, ideally around 25°C. However, outdoor LED screens are often exposed to extreme temperatures—up to 60°C in summer and as low as -20°C in winter. During production, most manufacturers test their products at 25°C and classify them accordingly. But when actual operating conditions differ, the performance of LEDs and ICs can vary significantly. At higher temperatures, the brightness of red, green, and blue LEDs may decrease unevenly, leading to color imbalance and reduced overall screen quality. At 25°C, the white balance is normal, but at 60°C, the brightness of each color may drop inconsistently, resulting in a dimmer and less accurate display. As for the ICs, their operating temperature range is usually between -40°C and 85°C. However, if the internal temperature of the cabinet rises above 85°C, the ICs may become unstable, leading to issues like color shifts, brightness inconsistencies, or even "flower screen" effects. Therefore, I believe that effective heat dissipation is crucial for the long-term operation and reliability of an LED display. These modules offer superior heat dissipation, high-temperature resistance, radiation resistance, and oxidation resistance, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the display over its entire lifespan.
