3, bidder qualification, performance requirements
A) Qualification requirements
Qualified bidders (hereinafter referred to as bidders) shall be the manufacturers that have the capability of designing and manufacturing cable equipment after being reviewed and certified by the relevant national authorities.
1) The right to have legal personality and independent conclusion of the contract.
2) The corresponding qualifications and capabilities of design, manufacturing, quality control, and operation and management in terms of professional technology, equipment and facilities, personnel organization, and performance experience.
3) Has a complete quality assurance system (equivalent to the ISO9000 series of standards).
4) Has good bank credit and business reputation, is not in a state of being ordered to suspend business or bankruptcy, and assets have not been reorganized, taken over and frozen.
5) The bidder shall meet the bidder's requirements for the bid documents, and shall not belong to any unqualified bidders who are corrupt or fraudulent as defined by the relevant national administrative department.
B) Performance requirements
The bidder shall be a professional manufacturer of domestic cables, and have at least three similar equipment operating performance in three years.
