Automatically call the scene at regular intervals

According to the office work schedule of the stock exchange, it is divided into a plurality of different time periods, and each time period corresponds to one scene mode (such as morning mode, afternoon mode, evening mode, off-duty mode, etc.). These scenes are preset in the controller and are automatically called according to time. This method is performed automatically without human intervention.

Brightness sensor constant illumination automatic control

The brightness sensor is used to automatically adjust the brightness of the light according to the external light to maintain a constant illumination (pre-set such as 300 lux). This method not only performs automatically, but also requires no human intervention. At the same time, it makes full use of natural lighting, and changes the conventional lighting to fill light, maximizing energy saving on the basis of meeting environmental lighting requirements.

In addition, the control of this mode is very accurate. For example, in the scene control, the brightness is adjusted to 60% during the period of 2:00-7:00 PM, but it happens to be rainy on cloudy days. It is necessary to manually adjust the brightness of the room. The whole process will be carried out quietly and will not affect and interfere with the normal work of the employees.

The digital control system is designed to be simple, without the need for many separate loop controls as in conventional control, and the convenient design overcomes the traditional complex wiring and higher cost issues. In the design, as long as they are connected to each other through a digital signal interface, they are connected in parallel to the 2-core control line. Moreover, all groupings and scenes can be programmed by computer software during installation and debugging, which not only saves wiring costs, but also changes the software settings without rewiring for design modification, re-layout and separation. Installation economy

The installation digital interface has 2 main power lines and 2 control lines. There is no special requirement for the wire. There is no polarity requirement during installation. Only the main power line is required to be isolated from the control line. The control line does not need to be shielded. It should be noted that when controlling The line current is 250mA, and the line drop is no more than 2V when the line length is 300 meters. The control and power lines can be paralleled, eliminating the need for additional wires. The compact control unit eliminates the need for a dedicated control cabinet and is economical to install.

For example, the running status and parameters of each ballast can be recovered by sending a query command.

Precise and reliable control

The digital signal is different from the analog signal. The signal of 1010 can realize the undisturbed control, and the control signal will not be distorted due to the long-distance voltage drop. Therefore, even if the digital signal control line and the strong electric wire are in the same line, it will not be disturbed. The digital signal is a two-way transmission. It not only forwards the control commands, but also feeds back the status of the ballast and lamp, fault information, switches, and actual brightness values ​​back to the system.

Reliable communication structure

The digital interface communication protocol consists of 19 bit bits. The first bit is the start bit, the second to the ninth bit are the address bits, the 10th to 17th bits are the data, and the 18th and 19th bits are the stop bits. The unique Manchester code is used to avoid bit errors. The transmission rate of 1200 baud ensures that the communication between devices is not disturbed, and the control line has a high level of 16V. Each controller on the control line acts as a MASTER function in communication, while a control device such as a ballast on the control line is only responsive to the MASTER command, and the system has a distributed intelligence function.
