2.3 The corresponding qualifications and capabilities of design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, quality control, operation and management in terms of professional technology, equipment and facilities, personnel organization, and performance experience;
2.4 With the relevant calculation ability of the desulfurization system;
2.5 Total desulphurization performance of coal-fired thermal power units of 300 MW or more units with a capacity of 2 sets or more in the last five years, and providing a copy of the contract (cap unit), with good operational results, and installation and commissioning No major equipment quality problems were found during the operation.
2.6 Has good bank credit or business reputation, is not in a state that has been ordered to suspend business or is in bankruptcy, and assets have not been reorganized, taken over and frozen, and good financial reports and statements for the past three years;

2.5 Has good bank credit or business reputation, is not in a state that has been ordered to suspend business or bankruptcy, and assets have not been reorganized, taken over and frozen, and good financial reports and statements for the past three years.
2.6 During the construction of the project to undertake the China Datang Corporation system in the past, there were no technical, quality or commercial disputes involving the main responsibility of the bidding unit.
2.7 The project does not accept bids from the Consortium.
2.8 In the last three years, there has been no fraudulent bid, serious contract, and there has been no serious or above quality and safety liability accidents in the supplied equipment.
2.9 Unqualified bidders who are not classified by the relevant state agencies as having corruption, fraud, etc.
Third, the tender documents
