I. Project Description:
Datang Huayin Mining and Recruiting Co., Ltd. Jinzhushan Thermal Power Generation Branch Coalfield Wind Eliminating Dust (EPC) General Contracting Project. Project location: Taiping Village, Shatangwan Town, Lengshuijiang City, Hunan Province. Contract period: 210 days after signing the contract.
Second, the scope of the tender:
The scope of this tender is Datang Huayin Mining Co., Ltd. Jinzhushan Thermal Power Generation Branch Coalfield Dust Erosion Control (EPC) general contracting project. The scope of the tender includes: the technical system design, equipment selection, procurement, transportation, storage, manufacturing, and the removal and installation of the original related systems and equipment necessary for the operation of the coal yard wind-resistant dust suppression wall project; Reconstruction and design of structures (if necessary, including foundation treatment, etc.), demolition and construction of existing civil structures, commissioning, testing and inspection, commissioning, inspection and acceptance, deficiencies, training, and final delivery and production. The bidders shall be responsible for the commissioning of the entire system, and the performance test shall be conducted by a qualified third party by the bid solicitor. The bid shall be the responsibility of the bidder.
The detailed work content and technical requirements shall be based on the final record of the bidding documents.
Third, the bidder's qualification requirements:
The bidder shall have the ability to perform the contract satisfactorily and shall meet the following conditions:3.1 The bidder has registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China with the right to an independent legal person and to independently enter into a contract.
3.2 The bidder has not cancelled any contract in any project contract in the past 3 years, or has been terminated due to his own reasons.
3.3 The Bidder shall have a special design B grade or above qualification for environmental engineering (air pollution control project) (can be engaged in the corresponding construction project general contracting business and project management and related technical and management services within the scope of the qualification certificate), or environmental protection project Professional contractors with qualifications of Grade A and above, or professional contractors of steel structure engineering, or Steel Structure Engineering Design Grade B and above.
3.4 This tender does not accept bids from the Consortium. The legal representatives are two or more legal persons of the same person. The parent company, a wholly-owned subsidiary and its holding company may not bid at the same time in the same goods tender.
