Focused on high-power LED packaging business, Ai Feisen made a profit in the first half of the year, after-tax profit of 73.88 million yuan (NT, the same below), earned 0.64 yuan per share, a decline of 56% over the same period last year. Ai Feisen said that the third quarter seems to be the same as the second quarter, while Edison pushed for the lighting integration services (LDMS) model, the target will account for 40% of revenue at the end of the year, hoping to drive gross profit over the first half.

Yi Dousun announced the semi-annual report yesterday. In the second quarter, single-quarter consolidated revenue was 624 million yuan, gross profit was 107 million yuan, gross profit margin after tax was 32.48 million yuan, which was a 21% decline from the first quarter. The lighting application does not appear to have reached the tipping point yet. The profitability in the second half of the year depends on the price of the product. In the first half of the year, it is “smooth”. If the price can maintain a small change, the gross profit margin can still maintain the level of the first half of the year. Ai Feisen’s gross profit margin was 17.4% in the first half of the year.

Edison's lighting integration service business in Mainland China this year has a quarter-to-quarter growth phenomenon. Affected by the economic slowdown in Europe and the United States, the proportion of edison's business in LDMS in mainland China is increasing. At present, the overall LDMS business of Aifeisen accounts for revenue. About 30%, the target will see 40% at the end of the year. Due to better gross profit of LDMS business, it will have a positive effect on gross profit margin in the second half of the year.
